Maybe you’ve called it a breakdown, a dark night, or it is still in the “I’m not quite sure” stage…but you know it’s something and you know you can’t go back to how it was before. I call this The Awakening. You are not alone. You are not the only one. You are not broken or wrong to feel this shift within you and see the shift everywhere as you look around you. The signs are abundant; the evidence of the world that you once knew and trusted being changed is too obvious to deny any longer. Your beliefs have cracked open and the feelings are maybe a strange mix between confusion, sadness, anger, grief…excitement even?
You may resonate with a strange sense of being between worlds—the old self dying, the new self not yet born.
You've been carrying this alone. You don't have to anymore.
What you need is someone who understands both the psychological terrain of transformation AND the spiritual reality of what's happening. Someone who can work with your nervous system, your psychological parts, your timeline, your ancestral patterns, AND your soul's records.
Someone who sees awakening not as pathology, but as rebirth.

A little about ME
Hi, I'm Carlie, and I'm so glad you're here.
I didn't set out to become an Awakening Doula. Like most profound callings, it found me through my own unraveling, my own rebirth, and the sacred privilege of witnessing and supporting others as they navigated theirs.
As a nervous-system-trained and compassion-focused Counselling Psychologist (MACP, BTh), I discovered that supporting people through the journey of individuation—that beautiful process of becoming whole—is what lights me up most. From the beginning of my career I knew I was connecting to something spiritual alongside the psychological, but to define it and understand it took some time.
Over my life and career, I kept encountering questions psychology couldn't fully answer: Who are we beyond our conditioning? How do we carry wounds that have no foundation in this lifetime? How are we connected to the collective consciousness of humanity?
These questions, and my growing spiritual intuition, led me to the Akashic Records—where I finally learned how to fill in the blanks.
This is what I offer here: a unique brand of Psycho-spiritual therapy. Whether you are searching for classic talk psychotherapy, energetic/Akashic work, or a blend of both, you have found your place. I also offer my flagship program ‘Soul Emergence’ a 12 week program that combines Akashic Records readings and energetic clearings with grounded, embodied psychological counselling that takes you on a journey. This is where psychology meets the soul. The grounded meeting the mystical.
I hold a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology with specialized training in Polyvagal Therapy, Mindful Self-Compassion Therapy, DBT, CBT, and IFS/Jungian-informed psychoanalytic parts work. Additionally I have trained in Akashic Records reading and clearing (Levels 1-3), reiki, and intuitive-based support work. After leaving agency work as a psychotherapist and youth counsellor, I am now in private practice specializing in finding balance, awakening, individuation, and spiritual emergence.
