There may have been anger, a sense of loss and confusion, and likely there is grief you haven’t quite known what to do with. You might feel suddenly very alone but also aware that there is a new connection waiting at the door of your heart. You might have started finding connection on social media or documentaries about soul paths starseeds, and beyond the veil ideas. Energy feels different, desires you don’t understand have come alive…You have carried it all alone as long as you need to. You are ready for your rebirth!

Hi, I’m Carlie, and I’m so glad you are here. This is the threshold, the liminal space, the final push in your soul’s journey for individuation and self-realization. Awakening Doula was birthed from the process of my own awakening and experience of rebirth, as well as the many clients I have ushered and supported through the process of their awakening. As a nervous system trained and compassion-focused Counselling Psychologist (MA), I have found that the process of individuation is my favourite thing to work with, and immediately I knew that I was connecting to the spiritual process right alongside the physical and psychological.
As a student of Carl Jung’s psychoanalytic process, and parts work integration therapist, I found there was always something psychology just couldn’t quite answer. Who are we beyond all of this? How do we have the capacity to carry ancestral wounds, wounds that have no foundation in this lifetime, and a connection to the collective consciousness of humanity? These questions, and my growing spiritual intuition, led me to the Akashic Records where I finally learned how to fill in the blanks. This is what I offer here. Soul Emergence therapy combines Akashic Records soul path readings and energetic clearings, with grounded and embodied psychological counselling.
