in spiritual transformation.
This isn't traditional therapy where we just process your week or manage
symptoms. This is work that honors the full complexity of what you're going through:

I work with you using nervous system regulation (polyvagal-informed), Internal Alchemy (psychoanalytic parts work integration), mindful self-compassion, and timeline therapy to help you navigate awakening with both feet on the ground.
We address what's emerging whether it is grief, confusion, old patterns, parts that are protecting you or somatic activation, and we work to integrate it all so you can move through this transformation with more clarity and less overwhelm.

How It Works
Session Structure:
60-75 minute sessions, virtual (Zoom)
Frequency:
Weekly, bi-weekly, or as needed—you choose what works for your process.

Single Session: $111
Package of 6 Sessions: $600*

My Approach:
I bring my training as a Counselling Psychologist (MACP) with specialized focus on nervous system work, parts integration, and compassion-focused trauma-informed care. I also understand the spiritual context of what you're experiencing—so we can hold both the psychological and the mystical without bypassing either.
