This is a 12-week journey where I walk beside you as your Awakening Doula—witnessing, guiding, and supporting you as you shed your programmed old self and reconnect with your Soul Self.

We'll work with your mind (clearing beliefs, integrating parts), your body (regulating your nervous system, releasing what's stored somatically), and your spirit (accessing your soul's wisdom through the Akashic Records and through your own intuition).

This is your rebirth. And you don't have to walk it alone.

Soul Emergence is a 12-week transformational journey that blends counselling psychology with Akashic Records guidance and ritual release practices to support you through spiritual awakening and rebirth.

Over 12 weekly sessions, we'll work together to:

• Integrate mind-body-spirit through compassion focused nervous system regulation, parts work (Internal Alchemy), and timeline therapy

• Release old identities and beliefs with ritual and reverence

• Clear ancestral patterns, soul contracts, and karmic patterns blocking your emergence

• Midwife the birth of your true Soul Self

• 12 weekly 1:1 sessions (75 minutes each)

• Akashic Records reading and clearings

• Session workbooks for each week

• Personalized practices and integration support

• Email support between sessions

The Journey:

Month 1: Excavation & Clarity Intention setting, Akashic Records reading, integration, and energetic clearing through the Akashic Records of what's blocking your path (soul contracts, karma, past life energetic baggage, or energetic blocks from your programming in this life!).

Month 2: Integration & Embodiment Nervous system training and work, Internal Alchemy (psychoanalytic visualized and embodied parts work), timeline therapy, and clearing old programming from mind and body.

Month 3: Release & Rebirth Ritual goodbyes to the old self, final clearing, and celebration of your emergence.
